Cledford Pharmacy

The pharmacy opened on Monday 27th July 2015 and is located in what was previously Cledford Pharmacy next to Tesco Express on Warmingham Lane, Middlewich. 


We aim to provide the very best pharmacy services to the residents of Middlewich, including free prescription collection from ALL local GP practices. Free delivery will also be available if requested.


It is easy to change pharmacy, simply speak to a member of staff and you will be guided through the process. Patients will be able to order their prescriptions in person, over the phone or online by registering on this website.
